If we go by the previous threads and records than your Work Reference
is OK. This is how all people reply and get visas as well (try and
search prvious threads on Work Reference and you will find it). I dont
think there is any thing to worry.

Now the question is that how long will DIAC take to issue you visa.
That depends upon the country where you belong.
