Hi,
Im going to finish my degree this ear. I almost been in au for 3 years.
I have to apply for PR after sep 1 . But it makes me really confused.
1) Before sep 1 ill i knew is i could apply for Skilled –
Independent (Migrant) which requires 120 marks. So in that case i had
only 115 and i had to do the translation exam called 'NATI' to collect
my remaining 5 marks. My degree was not in the demand list. But stil i
could get those marks (50 or 60 ) after completing my degree. So now
after sep 1 it says we have to work for 12 months and it is a
requirement! My question is is this 12 rule for only to claim those
extra 10 marks on demand list for all applicants including me have to
work for 12 months? Before sep 1 i got 115 marks without doing NATI.
so how much i get after sep 1? Same? Please help me some one

( As a summary my question is can i get my Skill 50 after sep 1? )
