Hi to all :waves:

I would like to ask a question regarding medical. My husband got a
kidney stone way back 6 years ago, he did not went to any operation, it
was healed by medication. When I browsed the form for medical
examination, there is a question regarding the kidney. Should my
husband declare about the kidney stone even though its way back 6 years
ago? Should he say it to the doctor attending his medical that it was
already cured? or should he checked NO for an answer?
I really appreciate to any answer to my query. Thank you. :)
