FedEx most certainly CAN provide the service that you need!
You can do it one of two ways...
1. sign up for a free FedEx account online
2. use your credit card (US Credit card would be cheaper, but OZ will
work)
fill out the manual *_international_air_waybill__*label with your
address in both the TO and FROM areas, put your FedEx account number in
the box at the top in the sender section and make sure to check the
"BILL TO SENDER" box in section 7a (or put your credit card number on
the CC line in section 7a and check the credit card box).
I have done this dozens of times for return documents both to and from
OZ and have never had a problem.
Just one word of warning... using FedEx is expensive. My average cost
for a letter one way is about $75.
