I trust your opinion or should I say, lack of construction,
contribution [opinion] will be taken with a grain of salt.

There have been replies that are based on common sense and make more
sense than anything you could offer!

Like when you consigned your stuff to Australia 20 odd years ago.
It was with AmEx then wasn't it?

So you found a webpage on the USPS site.
They also list many other options available that you didn't have
enough grey matter to investigate, find and post here.

And there is no need for me to do it as the original poster does not
have family or friends in the U.S.A. to assist.
Maybe your family or friends might like to help out? Had you thought
about that one?

Possibly you could consider sending an e-mail to the State

Oh wouldn't that go against your own principles of doing anything via
the internet i.e. i.d. theft, security, etc etc etc.

Nothing you contributed would help anyone.
Leave it to people who can think outside the box.

Why don't you learn to shut up?

Dear old American Express. Are you still a customer of their's?
If so why haven't you gone as far as making contact with them to seek
an answer?
Now that "would" have been really helpful to the poster "if" you could
have come up with something constructive!

And what's with all this guff now?
Got a complex because you are not posting via a forum et al/tag?

kangaroo16a with a valid email address.
Not to be confused with an American residing in Australia, kangaroo16,
who uses a fake name and an invalid email address.
