Hi, It all depends on which country you are from. If you are from a
non English speaking country, then both of you will have to sit IELTS,
if you are also claiming the extra 5 points for Partner's occupation.
If she is just on your application, you will have to prove Vocational
English. This can be done by sitting IELTS or by proving that the
medium of Education he / she studied in was English. You will have to
obtain a letter from the Unversity stating that the Medium of Education
taught was English. Hope this helps...
