Thanks again for your professional advice.

I did a 136 visa application myself, Aug 2007, And I did not include an
IELTS with it, assuming as you say they will ask for it.

I was just very nervous that I would loose my 136 application too, like I
did my 176, by not having included an IELTS.

Although I have included a letter from when I did my diploma in Elec Eng
that my tuition was in English.

Do you think I'll have a problem with my 136 on the grounds of an IELTS,

I was thinking of quickly applying for an IELTS and sending the receipt to
the department.

I now strongly recommend anyone doing an application, use an Agent like
yourself, because it is not really worth all the time, trouble and loss,
should an application be refused.
