I've got my skills assessed by ACS, also I got 7.0 ( in each section ) band
in IELTS. Now i am moving ahead of lodging the application. But I have got
following questions. Anyone who can help, will be greatly appreciated.
1. I want to include my parents ( mother and father ) as dependents in
the application. But when using the online e-visa system and while I enter my
parents information in "Migrating Dependents" section and select the "Marital
Status" as Married, the system does not allow me to do so, stating that the
dependent's Marital status cannot be married. How should I proceed now. For
now I have entered my parents information in the "Other Family Members"
section of the online form.
2. I have filled the complete form, have not lodged it yet, how can I
attach documents to the online application. Will that be allowed after I
lodge?
3. Just like we have checklist for paper based application, is there any
document checklist for online application as well? are checklist same for
both type of applications?
4. Roughly after how many days should I expect the acknowledgment when I
submit the application.
5. I have read somewhere that FORM 47A cannot be filled online, it has to
be submitted through post. Is that true? and should I use Transaction
Reference Number if I post this form as for Manual applications there is a
FILE NUMBER?
