apply through the courts to have his parental rights revoked.
the BS that you will go through under the Hague Convention on International
Child Abduction if you do take the kids
let alone the extra BS to even get that far
is not worth the hassle
I have sole care custody and control with the right to chose location of
residence written into the order, and my ex who has no access to the child,
was still flown at my expense to contest the matter in the supreme court.
where it did not even turn up, it and its boyfriend just took two weeks
holiday, never even saw my son.
