I assume that your wife is NOT the passport holder of english speaking
country(like NZ, USA, CA, UK, etc).
Alternatively, if your wife had attended secondary school (high school) with
5 or more years where English was the medium of instruction, then the IELTS
requirement can be waived as well. Check also if she meets two or more years
of college studies and graduated where english was the medium of instrcution.
