Unfortunately she doesn't meet that condition and is not from a
english-spoken country.
Her english is acceptable but she's afraid of take the IELTS soon,
that's why she would like to get a little bit more prepared. However,
I'd like to lodge the application soon but we don't know if it's ok to
submit the applicatrion WITHOUT her IELTS TRF.
Maybe could happen to US like this guy who submitted tha app without
the IELTS and got refused. That's what I don't want to. :o
