ACS Skills assessment or RPL? hold Microsoft Certifications and

Hi,

I am a Systems Manager with 8+ years experience, living in India and
hold a Bachelor degree and Diploma in Electrical and Electronics
Engineering. Also I hold MCSE 2003/MCITP/MCTS certifications. All I
need to know is whether I have to go for ACS Skills assessment or for
RPL. Please someone help me on this. Whether my certifications will be
treated as IT degree or diploma?

What are the documents required for Systems Manager to submit for RPL?
