Yes you are right, apps lodged after 1st September are being processed faster
than the ones lodged before 1st September.. And the online apps lodged after
1st September are even quicker....

but i dont think this info is valid....... I have been watching the
processing times for last couple of months and still cant say anything about
the apps... some people who lodged after 1st Sep got the visa approved and
some are stil waiting..
