Hi Everyone since obtaining my PR in Feb i have been loving every minute
in Melbourne! My fiancee who is a UK citizen is with me currently on a
working holiday visa and we are about to apply for her defacto visa.
She is currently working in a good job and would like to carry on
working there. My question is can she carry on working for the same
company longer than the 6 months stated on her working holiday visa if
she is in the process of applying for her defacto visa? I have read she
will be put onto a bridging visa while waiting on the outcome, can she
still work for the same company while on this visa??
Sorry bout all the questions but really confused and have so far failed
to find enough information relating to our situation.
