Australian Computer Society and work experience Posted on: Thu, 15 May 2008 05:00:01 +0000 (UTC)

Hi I am going for a Skilled Migration Visa on the grounds of being a
professional C# programmer.

As part of my application I have to provide the following for my work
history:

State demonstrated levels of competence with any computer languages
State various types of hardware and software used
State the extent of any involvement with major projects

Can anyone give me advice about the best way to write this in a nice
ACS approved way?

To what extent should I go to when writing the above especially in
regards to the line "State the extent of any involvement with major
projects".

Any advice about how / what I should write here wouold be appreciated;
e.g. Should it be written as a functional specification right down to
the fact that I used an ADO.NET datatable to store records before
inserting the records via a business object into a MSSQL 2005 database
via a stored procedure. OR should I just write that I wrote a DataFeed
framework in .NET

Thanks for any/ all help
Adam
