I lodged my application on 26th July,2007 under STNI sub-class 137 that
was acknowledged on 17th October,2007 and got sponsorship from ACT. My
total point was 115. though i know the prereqisites for STNI subclass
137 was state sponsorship from any territory and to achieve minimum 70
points.
i got confused while asking the pass mark for STNI subclass 137 before
september,2007 to ASPC they replied as below:
Dear Mr. Ahmed,
Thank you for your e-mail about your visa application under Australia’s
General Skilled Migration programme.
An applicant must gain sufficient points to reach the pass mark in
effect on the day the applicant lodged his/her application.
Our records show you have lodged a Skilled - S/T-Nominated Independent
(BN 137) on 26 July 2007. The pass mark for this visa application
lodged on or after 14 April 2004 is 120 points.
