Even i have applied for defacto spouse visa,
My guess
During the process of application, if your partners working holiday
expires, she gets a bridging visa that time.
In both cases she has no work limitation.
The employer would ask her to fill her form to check her working
rights,
Once she gets a green signal on her working rights, she can work.
I don't think it should be a problem. But please check with the
experts.
