Hi,
you can sumbitted your medical and pcc when your date is on board,
sending unrequested medicals and pcc will not speed up your application
but it will save your time because when your co will assigned he/she
will ask for the same than you will submit it , but sending unrequested
it will save atleast 15 to 30 days.this is my view, I'd also send
unrequested.
