I really like to make legal proceedings for what he have done to me.
I asked him to take my case 3 months before the application lodged. It was
31th of August 2007.
After the application lodged, I fail TRA just because he forget to telling
me to get letter from my employer. As, I have prepared over 50 pages of 900
hours of work experince sheet. I did not know I also need to make final
comfirm letter from him.
After that I had to apply for my new passport and told him to report it
around Nov 2007.
I visit my county for some reason and came back at end of Feb. Then again
asked gim about my
passport to remind him. And he said he already reported it.
On 10th of June, My application was passed to CO and all of documents was
finalized but my passport.
My new passport detail has been requested and I had to bring my passport to
agent as he did not have any copy of it.
Few days ago, I aske my agent to cancel the contract and give me all the
documents but he said that he send letter to cancel contract but still insist
not giving me password for E visa application.
Now, I can not even check whether my new passport detail is passed to CO or
not.
Do anyone have idea or good lawyer to take care of this problem? please ...
