I think go for the e-lodge.
After you make the valid online application they will send you
the automated reply in your mailing address
in which it is clearly mentioned about rhe documents you have to
upload
alongwith the link to send the documents.
The required documents are same as of paper application.
You just need to color scan the documents in jpg or pdf or oter valid
format.
As for PCC and mdicals you can upload later.

No. Scanned documents will be sufficient.
