Getting a successful skill assessment and satisfying MODL are two
different things. In order to get a positive skill assessment from ACS
regardless of MODL you will need to show at least minimum 4 years of IT
experience. To qualify further for MODL points you will need to show
\"12 months\" of full time professional work experience within last 4
years. You first need to get a successful skill assessment from ACS
only then you can claim MODL points if you qualify \"12 months\"
experience requirement in the specialized MODL streams. You need to
state in your ACS application if you are claiming MODL points, if u are
then you need to provide documentation and further evidence of your MODL
experience. To claim 60 points for your nominated occupation you will be
applying for a skill assessment through ACS and for that you need to
have minimum 4 years works experience to start with. How are you
claiming 125 points without a skill assessment ?? Use this online point
calculator to make sure you are getting it right.
