Yes, That is true. But what is making them hung up in Nov. 12, 2008
for 175 GSM.
It has been stuck in that date for 3-4 months.

Earlier it was said that it is almost the end of Fiscal year and it
will
keep its track after July1.
Now we are expecting that BSPC and appointment of new COs' will speed
up the process.
It is really frustrating.
