Hi,
I would like to confirm that although you cannot be in Australia when
the Skilled Migrant subclass 175 visa is granted, you do not have to be
in your home country either? I am Canadian, however I am contemplating
spending time in New Zealand on a Working Holiday visa. Is it possible
for me apply for the Australian Skilled Migrant 175 visa in Canada, then
go to New Zealand until the visa is granted, and have the documentation
sent there?
