Hello All,
I am living with my wife and son in the US. Me and my wife are holding
Aussie PR visa. My son is a US citizen and planning to apply for his
Child Migration. One of the documentation requirement is to submit a
statutory declaration for child's legal responsibility. Have anyone
done this before? Can we get this done from Notary public in US? If
yes, can someone help me with actual content to prepare this affidavit
or Statutory declaration document? Any help will be very much
appreciated. Thanks.
