I am coming to AU under a 457 visa. I have a girlfriend from the EU who
I want to come with me. She came over (to the USA) recently to live
with me, but we do not have joint bank accounts, bills etc. I am in
the process of getting a divorce but it may not be finalized by the
time I leave for AU.

Can she come to AU as a tourist and live with me? Or can we get
married (once I'm divorced) at a later point and sponsor her then? We
want to make sure we follow any immigration laws.
