Visa : VE-175 (Skill Independent)
MODL : Yes
CSL : Yes (Computing Professional - Oracle Specialist)
ACS : Approved April 2008
IELTS : done with 6.5 Band June 2008
Application Lodgement & Acknowledgement Received : 12/Oct/2008
CO Assigned : March 2009
Med, PCC & Kids Passport Copies requested by CO : 30/March/09
Passport Copies & PCC submitted : 16/April/09
Medical Submitted : 19/April - Received at Sydney HOC : 21/April/09
Job Verificaiton : no idea ??
Visa Grant : waiting... still Waiting..
We are all affected by recent announcement by DIAC but as long as we
are on CSL our procees won't be stoped. However CSL applicant will be
given last priority after Employer Sponsored & State/Tritory
Sponsored.
As far as others i.e. MODL & non-MODL (SOL) applicants their VISA
processings have been stoped until further notice or it will be
commenced after completion of priority application this means, their
process will not resume during 2009 or before June,'2010.
This is realy unfortune situation for all of us.
If anybody shed the light on this circumstances which we are going
through it will be great help.
