Thank you for consideration to this message.

I have applied for the PR Visa under the category of 175.

There is a requirement to show the IELTS Test result of spouse showing
average 4.5 Band Score.

I want to ask anyone to advice me that whether there is an alternate to
this to avoid the payment of 2nd installment to Immigrant Authorities.
