If you have the TRN number and your agent applied online, you can check
your status to the following link

https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/inquiry/query/query.do?action=eVisa

If you don't have TRN number, then you may ask your agent to provide
you with that. CLF number - I have no idea. May be your agent provided
it as their client number, you may not be able to check DIAC status with
that-I don't know actually.
