Hi Janaka

Well I also used to think like that but now from my experience I can
say it is not true. My CO was assigned on 02.April.09 and gave me 70
days to submit my PCC, Meds and Spouse IELTS. I submitted all requested
docs by 20th April and informed DIAC that I am willing to pay VAC2 for
my Spouse. But till then almost 90 days have passed and my case hasn't
been re-opened (inspite of being on CSL list). Even now my meds and PCC
is shown as requested in the DIAC website which confirms that the CO
hasn't re-opened my case after 70 days. God I hate this
process............

However let me know if you have got your final grant letter. Also I
would appreciate if you can share your pre-grant letter (scanned copy)
