I'm still looking for a solution for a friend of mine from Germany.
He is an electrician but he will not be successful in getting his
skills assessed through TRA because he doesn't have any formal
qualifications.

What if his wife apply for a student visa and comes to australia for
studies. will he be eligible to work as an electrician? Is this a
possible solution?!

I welcome all replies, but please some agents give me their thoughts!
