Dear Aboumichael,
He would need to be registered in any Australian State before he could
work as an electrician. If he became registered and found an employer
to sponsor him for a work visa for at least 2 years he could avoid a
TRA Skills Assessement, as long as that employer was willing to give
him a 3 year contract to continue working after the years.
It is more complicated than that, but that is the basis of it. In the
mean time if the wife is prepared to do an appropriate course for at
least two years, she may become eligible for Austalian Residence
through Australian study.
