What does this mean for people who are about to apply or will apply for
immigration this year? Where will their applications stand in the
queue? Does this mean their applications will be processed after June
2011?

What about people who will apply to one of the first 3 categories from
this point onwards? will their applications stand ahead in the queue of
people who applied in 2007 and have not received a visa yet? What is the
cut-off date for this? meaning if the DIAC keeps processing the first 3
categories as priority, theoretically speaking everyone else will
continue to stay on-hold for an indefinite period.

Does it even make sense to apply from this point onwards if you are not
applying to one of the first 3 categories?
