Please read the following sentences which was send by my CO:
-"To facilitate the assessment of this application, you are requested
to provide the following additional information listed below:
PLEASE NOTE ONLY YOU (MR .............) AND YOUR WIFE (MRS ...........)
ARE REQUIRED TO UNDERTAKE THE HEALTH AND CHARACTER CHECKINGS.
Health Requirements
All applicants and secondary applicants are required to undergo a
medical examination to determine if they meet the Australian health
standards for migrant entry. Dependants, who are not migrating with the
applicant/s, must also undergo a medical examination."-
Why my CO has mentioned the Bold sentences? And what does it mean?
I'm understand from your conversation that I should go for Med. & PCC,
if I show them as non migrating dependents. But CO only requested me to
do Med & PCC for me & my spouse. Am I right?
By the way, I'll contact with CO. My another query is if I want to do
apologize for my reluctant mistake and make a amendment, then is it
sufficient by issue a Notification of incorrect answer(s) Form-1023?
Which will be perfect (1) Notification of change in circumstances
Form-1022, or (2) Notification of incorrect answer(s) Form-1023?
I got a Post Lodgement Inquiry on 29/06/09 where stated that
" Your application remains under active consideration.
No further documents are required at this time. You will be notified
should any further information be required."
What does it mean? I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
