My understanding is that the the revised quota for 2008-2009 is totally
exhausted....and they have to wait till the new fiscal year 2009-2010 (
which starts from 1/7/2010) to start before they could start issuing
visa again....so...hopefully, we get to hear some GOOD NEWS in couple
of days ( or weeks) to come...:-)
