Yoana,
As long as you have an original document, then you must scan it and
attach/upload the scanned original online. You would scan and upload a
certified version of a document IF the original is unavailable (for
whatever reason). Furthermore; IF your Case Officer later requests for
a hard copy of any document, then you would be sending him the
certified version and NOT originals.
