hi nitsy, i remember reading few odd posts somewhere... i know an
applicant in other forum who sucessfully converted from 475 to PR....
by the time we need to change from TR to PR then there wil be more
applicants for help... 475 (TR) viza is recently introduced one..in the
end of 2006 or begining of 2007... so we dont find too many applicants
as of now...

it's a BIG NO. i am sure it is not necessaryto work in the same
occupation we have selected... however, i even heard someone saying if
u want to work in the same occupaton in a particular state(if u are
state sponsered)and when you are not lucky enogh to grab a job then u
can use it as an option to migrate to another state (provided that
particular state is willing to sponser u in that particular nominated
occupation).. but again it's should be a hectic process...
