Thanks Riaz for the detailed explanation. But it would be quite
possible that even if they show that the skill is in shortage you might
not be able to get the job on arrival itself..so you would have to work
in some other position/skill for the time being till you get a job of
your specialisation. So that shouldnt be a problem..right??
