Hi Tamercool,
Congrats on receiving AIM asssessment so soon.
I am also applying for AIM assessment as General Manager. From their
website it seems that they are very strict on assessment. I have
following documents
All experience certificates, appointment letters salary slips, tax
returns,
MBA from No. 1 business school of Pakistan. Many training courses from
prestigeous institutions
However Organizational chart and JDs are prepared by myself. It is
very difficult to get them verified from employers.
My Question is. Should above documents will suffice for +ve approval
or not?
I have been GM for Last 4 years and Regional Manager in big local
company and Coca-Cola Pakistan for 6 years total 10 years experience
after MBA.
Kindly provide as much as information for AIM assessment. It will be
great help.
