just wondering, until when are they going to do this:

to process applications in accordance with this new Direction.-
a new direction might just come up and they will have to do this over
again. :humph Shouldnt have they done this earlier? No wonder
processing is taking so long...well, at least for some of us who is
supposed to be processed in 12-15 months.:tapfingers
