Hi Jason and Heidi,

Sorry I was not able to reply sooner. I believe she got at least 6 in
all categories. Currently, her agent is trying to find a way to have
the decision overturned. We're keeping our fingers (and toes :))
crossed. By the way, she did not receive any communication prior to the
date of the refusal.
