Hi Ryanx,
looks lie we're in the same boat. Applied in May 2008, SS by NSW for
176 and non CSL. CO asked me in February 09 if i could enter OZ before
end of february 2009.
Told him i could not and added that my baby was going to be born in
July 2009 and had to add her in my application. CO told me to send
passport and birth certificate as soon as baby is born.
Sent passport and birth certificate to CO in Aug 2009.
1 month later, CO asked me to provide health check for my wife, which i
did and sent to them a couple of weeks later. After that, told me my PCC
had expired and had to do a new one for me and my wife.
Sent them new PCC around 10 Sept 2009. then no answer until i learned
the new priority changes on 23 Sep 09.
Received the mail from CO informing of changes that took effect from 23
Sep 09 this Tuesday.
i feel really devasted, after all these efforts. Guess we'll have to
wait and see....and pray.:cry:cry
