To get a 8503 changes you musy have had a change in your circusmtances
since you arrived in Australia that is serious and was unavoidable. For
instance The DIAC policy (PAM) specifically notes getting married is not
such a change, clearelly it is not avoidable. Being too sick to trabel
will, at best, allow a person to stay a little longer.
Marilyn, I have had them removed for clients on 2 occasions, but that
is only because I wont even try unless I think it will be done. Not
impossible, but extremenly rare, as rare as a UK Royal actually doing
any work!
I dont agree that its tough. Applicants are informed clearelly when
overseas before they travel what it is and what it means.
