You have to ask your self , who issued the 'diploma" and if it was at a
level diploma recognized as a post graduate level by the government
educational authority of the country in which it was granted. It does not
matter whether it is a degree, diploma or certificate, they are all
educational credentials which is the wording in the immigration regulations.
YOur education may be worth from 20 to 25 points but without further details
we will never know.
