I knew that review is getting done, but I didn't expect any adjustment
decision before November, and for sure not such dramatic lowering of the
pass mark. All I had was just a "friendly notification" less than 24 hours
in advance of yesterday's announcement.
What and how it happened yesterday just reinforces my belief that reasons
for decision and it's timing are very different from those stated during
press conference by Minister.
