I have applied for PR inland as my wife id Canadian.
Today my wife got a letter from CIC saying that her application to
sponsor me has been approved. We were very excitited to finally here
something from them. It also said that they would be sending me a
letter shortly with the next steps for me to take. I had a look at my
e-client and it says that a decision has been madeand they sent a
letter about AIP on Oct 9 ( the same date as the letter my wife got)
it also said that that they sent me a letter dated Oct9 also about the
decision on my application.
From what i can read does this mean we don't have to have an
interview?
Also once i get the AIP how long before I get the PR Card. THe only
reason I need this is my sister is getting married in March in
AUstralia and would like be there for the wedding.
