Here is what CIC Buffalo website has been saying for more than one
month. I had thought things started moving really fast since there
were very few applicants after June 1, 2002

"We are currently creating applications received in September 2003.
If your application was submitted after that date, please do not
contact us for the status of your application. It is in a queue
awaiting creation."

"We are currently assessing applications received in June 2002. If
your application was submitted after that date, please do not contact
us for the status of your application. It is in a queue awaiting
assessment."
