Hi,

Can anyone assist me with a general enquiry please?



I reside in the U.K and am a British citizen - my spouse is a Canadian
citizen and wants to sponsor me under the family class.



Do all my family members I have 2 children aged 24,23 and a stepdaughter
aged 18 have to complete the Schedule 1 declaration form, have medicals
and police clearance despite not wanting to relocate to Canada but
remain in the U.K ??
