Point #2: How much delay could I expect if I transfer my case now.
Will my case be considered as a fresh application or will it start
from where the buffalo office stopped?
Point #3; I continued working for the same US employer from my home
country until 31st September. I am currently developing my own
website. Will this affect my case since my website is not generating
any income yet? What would you advice?
And how do you think, that the fact of not notifying visa post about
leaving US and changing country of residence will affect my case?
