1. Does a spouse or common-law partner need to provide proof of
Language Proficiency in French and/or English?

2. What is form IMM 1052? It is to be found at the end of the Visa
Office Specific Instructions - Buffalo. Does this form need to be
completed and included in the application file?

3. In terms of forms, a spouse or common-law partner needs only
Schedule 1 and Additional Family information forms (no Application for
Permanent Residence in Canada form and no Schedule 3 form). Is this
correct?

4. How many IMM 0008 copies need to be included in the application package? 1 or 3?

Thanks for the help!
