Well, if you sent your PR card application in April and you didn't
receive anything since, then it is possible that they never received or
misplaced your application and that's why you are not in the system.

We sent our forms in September, according to E-Client they received it
on Sept 22, started processing on Oct 23, finished processing on Oct 23,
and there is an estimate of an additional 4 weeks until we receive a
pick-up notice.
